Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and, if applicable, in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at mhf.helpdesk@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the instructions above and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at mhf.helpdesk@outlook.com with a photo of the item and your order number.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
